What I Offer
Leadership Team Offsites
For teams that are fragmenting, burning out, or stuck in performance mode. Full-day or multi-day experiences (6-15 people) where your leadership can drop the masks, face what’s really happening, and reconnect to the mission and what matters most.
Deep re-patterning work (i.e. not team-building exercises).
Keynotes & Workshops
60-minute to full-day sessions where I create space for people to feel what they’ve been pushing through, grief, exhaustion, the cost of wearing masks. People leave clearer, more connected, and better able to name what’s actually going on
And yes, they get practical tools too, but the real transformation happens when someone finally has permission to be real.
Topics include wounded leadership, adaptive sensitivity, working with grief, and digital wellbeing for young people.
